Check Your Size Before Ordering

We kindly request all customers to check our Size Chart before placing an order to ensure the best fit.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item due to size difference or any other issue:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Our original clothing tag must remain attached. Items without our clothing tag cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

  • Please provide your order details and reason for return when contacting us.

Delivery Charges

Customers are responsible for delivery charges incurred during returns and exchanges:

  • Rs. 350 / Rs.450 to send the product back to us.

  • Rs. 350 /  Rs. 450 to send the replacement product back to the customer.

Replacement Policy

  • We do not offer money-back guarantees.

  • Once we receive and verify your returned product, we will send a suitable replacement item.

  • Replacements are subject to stock availability. If the same design/size is unavailable, we will offer a similar item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Message us on WhatsApp at +94 773 980 410 within 3 days of receiving the product.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  3. Pack the item securely with our clothing tag still attached and send it to the address we provide.

  4. Once received and verified, we will dispatch your replacement item.
