1. What products does OTAKU sell?

We currently sell high-quality anime-themed t-shirts and hoodies inspired by your favorite series. More products will be added in the future.

2. Do you deliver island-wide?

Yes! We deliver to all regions across Sri Lanka. Delivery takes 2–3 working days depending on your location.

3. How much is the delivery charge?
  • Rs. 350 for most areas in Sri Lanka

  • Rs. 450 for Northern and North Central areas

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer. You may pay an advance or the full payment (including delivery charges) before shipping. Card payments will be introduced soon.

5. How do I choose the right size?

Please check our Size Chart before placing your order. This helps ensure the best fit and reduces the need for exchanges.

6. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 7 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. After the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

7. What is your return and exchange policy?

If you need to return or exchange a product due to size differences or any other issue:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Ensure our clothing tag is still attached.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Customers pay Rs. 350 to send the product back to us and Rs. 350 to receive the replacement item.
    We do not offer money-back refunds, but we will send you a replacement product once the return is verified.

9. How do I know the quality of your products?

All OTAKU products are made from high-quality 220 gsm cotton fabrics and come with our branded clothing tag to ensure authenticity and quality standards.

10. What happens if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receiving the product) with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll assist you promptly and arrange a suitable replacement.
