1. Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Bank Transfer

Customers may choose to pay either an advance payment or the full payment (including delivery charges) before shipping. Card payments will be added in the future.

2. Delivery

We provide island-wide delivery within Sri Lanka.
Standard delivery time: 2–3 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery charges:
- Rs. 350 for most areas
- Rs. 450 for Northern and North Central areas
Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors beyond our control.

3. Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel an order within 7 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Returns & Exchanges

5. Product Information

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to screen settings or production batches.
